1. We are transfering enough funds from bank to Alertpay to pay the entire payment queue. Alertpay is still not fixed with their credit card processing but on their blog it says they nearly are complete. This is good news. If you want the site to pay out faster please use Alertpay to rent refs and upgrade instead of Paypal because using paypal makes it a few weeks process to get the funds to Alertpay.
2. During our partial upgrade we've noticed a huge amount of cheat attempts from China, and Turkey. We are now banning these two countries from our program. We did not wish to discriminate against however neither country has any traffic value for advertisers, as well as the majority of program cheat attempts are coming from these two countries. There are a couple of exceptions for a couple of members but that is all. We no longer welcome members from China or Turkey.
3. Over the next 2 weeks ALL payout requests not from China and Turkey will be paid to all honest members. We appreciate the patience while we deal with Alertpay's issue that is keeping us from moving ahead faster. www.PaidOnTime.or
